Shipping policy

Delivery

Manimekala is based in London, UK and we ship worldwide. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

In stock products are dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order products are dispatched as soon as they are ready - please see individual product pages for details on making time. Please note that the shipping/delivery time is in addition to the making time.

UK (2-3 working days) - £5 / FREE over £300

Europe (3-7 working days) - £15 / FREE over £300

International (5-10 working days) - £20 / FREE over £300

In-person collection from Manimekala studio (south London) - FREE

If your order contains both in stock and made-to-order products, we will dispatch all items at the same time (i.e. hold the in stock products until the made-to-order ones are ready). If you would prefer to receive the in stock products earlier, please place 2 separate orders.

If you specify that your order is gift in the order notes, we will not include a receipt in the parcel. You will still receive a receipt via email.

Please note that international orders may take additional time due to customs processing. You are responsible for any duties or taxes due in your country. Your order may be delayed, held at customs or returned to us if you do not pay these charges on time to the relevant authority.
